[The relief when Casper's face lights up, so genuinely happy...]

The tyrannosaur. Predators lose teeth all the time... [He has to pull his hands out of his pockets to keep his balance with that kiss. They rest on Casper's shoulders as he kisses back before he takes a breath.]

I'm glad you like it. Just don't tease the other scientists. Or let them take it away for testing or something like that.

I figured it was slightly too big for a compsognathus tooth. [Once Muldoon leans in, Casper tugs at his hips to try and bring him back down onto the sofa. He's happy, he's pleased, not just with the gift but with the man himself.]

Yes, right, hunting and that sort of thing. And no, no one's touching it. I'm keeping it safe, because it's special.

[It's not difficult to coax Muldoon back to the couch. He'll follow Casper's lead, whether he's sitting first or straddling. He's more concerned with the fact that his present passed muster, and wasn't too much.]

Good, because I could see Wu getting jealous. But even if he does, or anyone does, just give me a call. I'll sort them out.

[He's just rambling now. It's what happens when he's not sure what to do with the fluttering, anxious feelings that apparently come with giving Casper a gift.]

Oh will you? [Once Muldoon is seated again, Casper resumes his seat as well, straddling the other man and draping his arms over his shoulders. He leans in for another kiss, this one soft, almost delicate. Given with a smile.]

I really do like it, Robert. Thank you for thinking of me.

Mmhm. [He'd elaborate but he's pretty easily distracted by the man on his lap. Especially by that kiss. It takes him a second to register the thanks.]

I know you love the animals. This way you have a piece of one of them.

[Seeing Casper get excited is great, but being the one to make him so happy is so much better. But it's mainly for his own enjoyment that Muldoon kisses Casper again, hands pulling him close by his waist.]

So sweet. [But it's mumbled against Muldoon's mouth, along with a soft laugh. The gift is incredibly thoughtful and his -- whatever it is they are is so kind for worrying about impressing him. For his concern about taking care of the orchid. It's the absolute dearest thing, and Casper finds himself absolutely smitten.

It could be dangerous, this feeling. Or it could be easy, like kissing him is. He should stop overthinking it.]

[As much as the kissing, Muldoon enjoys the easy access to running his hands over Casper like this. It's a good position for that. Eventually, though, he pulls back with a hum.]

I promised you a bed next time we did this.

Mmnh? [He's not being kissed anymore, and he starts to pout a little about that. But then Muldoon is explaining, which improves his mood greatly. He slides his hands over the other man's chest, looking very pleased at the idea.]

A bed? You'll spoil me. Should I move, then?

[It's impossible not to smile at the way Casper so visibly brightens up. The warden doesn't need to be a hunter to be able to track Casper's emotions, which makes things so much easier. It's very reassuring when the reaction is clear as day.]

I'd lift you, but you have me pretty pinned down, here.

[Casper's never had the best poker face as is, and with Muldoon it's even harder to hide how much he's enjoying himself. He stands and stretches his arms over his head with a grin.]

Come take me to bed, then.

[Standing, his hands slide along Casper's sides, pulling him slightly into a slow, indulgent kiss. Once Casper kisses back, Muldoon starts to walk them to his bedroom.

It is, as with everything else in his place, immaculately neat. It is, in fact, extra tidy since he'd been hoping to get Casper here. Now, his mission accomplished, he takes great pleasure in keeping Casper distracted while he turns the scientist to have his back to the bed, and then pushing him playfully down onto it.

And hey, since Casper's down, Muldoon might as well climb on top of him.]

[He's grinning the whole way, stealing sweet kisses between laughter. As they move, he works on untucking and unbuttoning Muldoon's shirt, sliding his hands over the other man's waist.

His back hits the mattress, and he's all too happy to pull Muldoon on top of him, one leg wrapped loosely around his waist.] I think I like it when you stop trying to behave.

[Muldoon is going to give Casper one indulgent kiss before he replies.] Am I misbehaving? Your shirt buttons aren't being torn off.

[But the shirt is a problem, so he has one hand work on undoing those buttons while he kisses Casper's neck.]

So you're saying you're still holding back on me. [It's a little breathless, head tipped to the side so Muldoon can attack him as he wishes. It might leave marks, but honestly? Casper likes the marks. He likes how possessive and even a little needy Muldoon is. It's fantastically exciting.]

What would you misbehaving look like? You should show me.

[This time Muldoon stops what he's doing to look at Casper and raise an eyebrow. He keeps his expression light and his tone teasing, but it's good to know these things. Getting permission helps him expand his limits.]

I thought you liked getting wooed, and I assumed you liked your clothes intact.

I do like being wooed. You wooed me today, with tyrannosaur teeth and fajitas, that counts. [While he talks, he skims his fingertips up and down Muldoon's sides under his shirt, from his hips up to his ribs and back down again. The warden likes clear instructions, it seems, and Casper can absolutely work with that.] But I also like being ravished.

And I have other shirts. Or I can just steal one of yours.

[It's habit that has Muldoon giving Casper his full, undivided, piercing attention. There's not even a hint of hesitation in the other man's answer, so there's no reluctance at all. The thought makes his eyebrow and mouth twitch as he replies with a simple,] Alright.

[Muldoon doesn't break that gaze as he takes Casper's shirt and pulls it open in one firm tug. As soon as he does that, it's like flicking a switch. He kisses Casper feverishly while his hands take in the scientist's ridiculously fit body. Even when he pulls away for breath, he tugs at Casper's lower lip with his teeth. Then he reasserts his focus onto Casper's neck, his hands already giving Casper's belt a few harsh tugs to open it up so he can do the same to his trousers.]

Fuckme. [The laugh melts into a groan and he fists a hand in Muldoon's hair, returning the kiss greedily. He wants so badly to just wrap his legs around the other man, but Muldoon's hands are at his belt and he can hardly breathe.

Those whines start up again, just like the other night. Needy little noises at the sensation of teeth against his neck while he tries to work open Muldoon's pants with trembling hands.]

[Those noises are perfect. They rile him up even more, if that's possible. The warden doesn't stop Casper working on his clothes, but he may be about to unintentionally distract him. As soon as Casper's trousers are open, Muldoon shoves his hand down them, feeling Casper through his underwear, too impatient to get past that next layer just to stroke him.

The wild, intense kissing returns to Casper's lips. His hand keeps moving even when he pauses, breathless, to look at Casper hungrily.]

I want to fuck you. [He's wanted to for a long time.]

Good -- [The word is cut off with a groan as he pushes up against Muldoon's hand, his fingers digging into and curling against the material of his pants where he was trying to undo them.

That look -- god. Those searing blue eyes gazing down at him like that, like he's about to be devoured.] Good. I want you to.

[Now that they're on the same page, Muldoon sets about removing the last of Casper's clothing. He pulls off his own shirt and then gets off the bed to better tear off Casper's trousers. The poor man's underwear will be treated with even less kindness if Muldoon has his way. Aside from the brief moments of sought out confirmation, it seems the warden's mind is limited to 'clothes, off, fuck'.]

[There isn't much he can do aside from lie there and let Muldoon strip him down. But it's fine -- it's good, in fact, if a little bit of a whirlwind. He might need more sturdy clothes, in the future. Thank god he decided to dress down for their dinner tonight, rather than his usual obscene amount of layers of sweaters and bow ties.

Once he's undressed, he makes a grab for Muldoon's hips, needing him close again.]

[As much as Muldoon wants to immediately climb back onto Casper, he delays so that he can get himself undressed that final bit. Only then does he get back onto the bed, all excited kissing and roaming hands.

It doesn't take long for him to want more, however. If Casper lets him, he'll pull away to roll the other man over.]

[He'll enjoy the kisses while he can, then, his hands moving restlessly over Muldoon's chest, dragging down to his hips. But then he's being moved, and he goes with it, settling against the mattress on his forearms. Trying and failing to catch his breath.]

[This he's not so practiced at, but desire makes up for a multitude of sins. He sucks on his finger briefly to add some saliva, and then presses it into Casper gently to prepare him. Bit by bit, little by little, until the other man is more relaxed around him.]
