It takes him a few moments before he loosens his grip on Casper, and settles himself to half lie on him so his ecstasy racked muscles can rest. They're a mess now, but what a wonderful mess.]
I'm sorry, [he says when he finally gets his brain in order.] About your shoulder. [That bite is going to leave a mark.]
You are -- god. [He gives one of those breathless little laughs, snagging his discarded shirt off the floor to at least partially clean up his hands and their stomachs. They can worry about something more thorough later.
Once Muldoon is settled, Casper wraps his arms around him again, pressing his mouth to the mark he'd left at his collarbone.]
More than fine. Fantastic. Amazing, even. I like the bite, I'll cherish it.
[The warden's going to have to worry about getting an ego at this rate.]
You weren't so bad yourself. [An understatement if ever there was one. Hopefully the fact that Muldoon is drawn right back to kissing Casper's lips and neck says what his words don't.]
Would you like anything? [Asked between kisses, as if he wouldn't be happy just to stay here and enjoy the warmth of their closeness.] A drink? Tea? Or whiskey?
Tea would be great, eventually. When I feel more up to moving. Right now I feel pretty cozy right here, and you seem to be attached to my neck. No complaints.
I will say -- c'mere. [He sets his fingertips under Muldoon's chin to tip his face up for a slow, almost tender kiss.] Mm, I needed to do that. But I will say that what I had of the dinner you made? Was delicious.
[Oh good, he can be attentive without having to leave Casper... He does almost protest when he's being guided away from his neck, but replacing that with a proper kiss is more than alright. He hums happily into it and is left with a cheeky smile at the compliment that follows.]
I preferred dessert. But I'm greedy enough to want seconds, even though I'm perfectly satisfied. [He'll nip Casper's bottom lip then just because he can.]
Well, you certainly know how to make a man feel wanted. [Oh, those little kisses and nips are absolutely addictive. He has a suspicion his neck might have marks on it, with all the attention Muldoon's been paying to it, but he doesn't mind in the least.]
Does this mean you'd like to do this again, some time?
[Getting the sense that Casper would like his words to be given a bit more attention than his neck for the moment, Muldoon settles himself to pay attention. The question gets a raised eyebrow as he wonders if the answer wasn't obvious.]
[Just for the moment. He's more than happy to let Muldoon lavish attention on his neck after his question is answered.
Which -- the answer has him smiling, his expression almost shy. But hopeful, still. Pleased that he's not the only one who'd like this to be a more-than-once situation. His fingers trace lazy patterns over the warden's back as they make themselves a little more comfortable together on the sofa.]
Oh? We could try to get through a full meal, next time.
[He would definitely like to do more. Perhaps next time he won't be so overzealous that he jumps Casper like a horny teenager. In the meantime Muldoon will have to settle with the gentle stroking.]
I'm always up for a challenge. [Shifting a bit he adds,] But maybe we'll indulge in a bed next time.
[Well. Casper doesn't mind being jumped, honestly. He's no better, given how his mind wanders whenever they meet up for drinks.
Either fortunately or unfortunately for Muldoon, depending on his current temperament, Casper is a cuddler. Which means he has his arms draped over the warden's shoulders now as he noses at his cheek, one leg winding around him to keep him close.]
Ooh, a bed? You'll spoil me. If I don't wrangle you into my office, first.
[While Muldoon isn't generally a cuddly person, he's inclined to do whatever Casper wants. So he'll gladly stay where he is as long as Casper's happy with it. The cheeky conversation definitely helps.]
Your office? [That intrigued arched eyebrow reappears.] Are you determined to prove you can be wicked then?
I might be, if you continue not believing me. And there's something a little thrilling about the idea of doing something scandalous on my desk, don't you think? [His smile is a little mischievous, and he reaches a hand up to pass his thumb over Muldoon's lower lip again.]
Just sweeping everything aside in a moment of passion. Hoisting me onto the edge of the desk and having your wicked way with me.
[Nice as the touch on his lip is, Muldoon is still going to be stubborn in his opinion.] I don't believe you. You're too shy to kiss me. How can you be wicked at work?
[Then he tilts his head at Casper.] What about turning you around, bending you over your desk, and having my wicked way with you? Too much?
[Muldoon's eyes flicker back and forth as they scan Casper's reaction. There definitely is one, but he's not sure if it's a good one or not. He suspects (he hopes) Casper is being coy again, but it doesn't stop his jaw from twitching.]
I'd need a little bit more than you not objecting. [Those sharp eyes shift from Casper's gaze to focus on where he twirls Casper's hair between his fingers. A purposeful act of casualness.] It's alright. We can slow things down a bit.
Sorry, oh my god, no. You just caught me off guard, and I lost my words for a moment. I meant yes. Yes please, even. [His hand properly cups Muldoon's cheek this time, and he leans up to kiss the corner of his mouth, the sharp line of his cheekbone.]
I only hadn't kissed you before this because I wasn't sure you'd kiss me back. I needed more data to back my theory. But I'm much more certain of my conclusion, now.
[Well that's a relief. This time when Muldoon's face twitches it's his lips tugging into a brief smile.]
Good. [With a small twist of his lips he admits,] I know I rushed into things a bit here. I have a habit of getting... overzealous. [And he doesn't want to scare Casper off. That would make things extra awkward.]
Robert, stop -- [He turns the warden's face towards his, giving him a sweet kiss before looking him in the eye again.] I want this. I want all of this. With you.
It's not rushing it if it's something we both want, right? And lord knows I'm the most enthusiastic person on the planet. Overzealous doesn't bother me.
I would enjoy that. Either tea or whiskey, whatever you're feeling. I'd say we could finish our conversation, but I can't even remember what we were talking about.
